Product deletion

2-7-1. Overview

The two methods of removing a product listed on the Tellus Market are: "suspend release" and "deletion request".

If you choose to suspend release, the product will no longer be available on the Tellus Market nor available for purchase by new customers, but will continue to be available to existing customers. On the other hand, if you make a deletion request, product provision to both new and existing customers will end (terminated). 　 A deletion request requires notification to customers. Therefore, the product will be deleted from the market on the last day of the second month following the month in which the application is submitted.

・Suspending a release will immediately remove a product from the market. ・The Tellus Management Office will notify customers of a product in the event of a deletion request. ・With a deletion request, the product will be deleted from the market on the last day of the second month following the month in which the application is submitted.

2-7-2. The suspend release procedure

1. Log in to the dashboard and click "Product Management" from the menu on the left.

2. Click the "Details" button on the right side of the product for which you are requesting deletion.

3. The product details screen will display. Click the "Suspend Release" button.

4. Enter the reason for suspension and click the "Suspend Release" button.

5. A release suspension completion screen will appear and the process is complete.

2-7-3. The deletion request procedure

1. Log in to the dashboard and click "Product Management" from the menu on the left.

2. Click the "Details" button on the right side of the product for which you are requesting deletion.

3. The product details screen will display. Click the "Deletion Request" button.

4. Enter the reason for deletion and click the "Deletion Request" button.

Check the scheduled deletion date that will appear.

5. The request completion screen will be displayed.

6. You will receive a message on your dashboard that your request has been accepted, and the process is now complete.
