Request to change provider information

If the information registered in Tellus changes, please promptly update it. *It will take several days for the information changes to be reflected.

There are two types of provider-related information.

・Tellus provider information ・Account-related information (Stripe) for sales deposits

5-1-1. Tellus provider information

1. Log in to Tellus and go to "Account Management".

2. Click "Provider Information".

3. Enter the information you want to change and click the "Confirm" button.

The information that can be changed is as follows. ・Provider name ・Name of representative ・Website URL ・Capital (yen) ・Provider contact - Postal code - Address - Phone number ・Head office location - Postal code - Address ・Regarding the Specified Commercial Transactions Act - Contact phone number - Operation manager - Address The following information cannot be changed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you need to make changes to this information, you will have to register as a provider again. ・Type (individual / corporate) ・Corporate number ・Corporate name

4. Confirm the changes and click the "Register" button.

Click the "Confirm" button to complete the change request. To reflect the changed information, confirmation by Tellus is required. Please note that it may take some time. If necessary, please also complete the change procedures in the next section.

5-1-2. Account-related information (Stripe) for sales deposits

This section explains the procedures for changing the account information for sales deposits and the associated registrant information.

1. Log in to Tellus and go to "Account Management".

2. Click "Deposit Information (Stripe)".

You will be redirected to Stripe's website for sales deposits.

3. Select the Accounts tab at the top.

4. To update the registrant's information, click the "Update" button in the Personal Information section.

5. Enter the information to change and click the "Finish" button.

The information that can be changed is as follows. ・Full name* ・Email address ・Date of birth* ・Gender* ・Home address However, items marked with * cannot be changed after ID verification.

6. To modify the account, click the pencil mark button in the "Bank Account for Deposit" field.

7. Enter the information to change and click the "Save" button.

  Please note that a two-factor authentication is required to change your account.
