Tellus gives priority to the convenience of the user. Therefore, if the provider wishes to stop providing a product, we require that an application be filed by 60 days before the desired stop date.
Applications can be submitted from the product management page or via the inquiry form.
After taking into account the stop date requested by the provider, Tellus will notify you regarding the scheduled stop date. For products paid via monthly charge or pay-per-use plan, the stop date will be the end of the month.
