I received a "Payment Error Notification" email. What should I do?

If your card has expired or exceeded its credit limit, you may not be able to make a payment and an error may occur if your payment doesn't go through.

We apologize but since we cannot determine why your payment isn't going through, please contact your card company. If the payment on the 1st of the month is not successful, an attempt will be made again on the 2nd, 5th, and 7th of the month.

Hence, please ensure to update your card information in the dashboard so that the payment can be made.
