How much time should we wait until the downloading from satellites to the ground is completed? Which part costs time the most?

Data is sent from the satellite to the ground within 10 minutes. However, it takes up to about 90 minutes for the satellite to reach the position of the ground antenna. Basic processing of the data does not take much time; however, since the data size is large, transmission may take a long time depending on the line being used.
Therefore, in many cases, the most time-consuming process is sending data to the ground after satellite observation.
