What are the differences between Tellus and Google Earth Engine? Is Google Earth Engine competing with Tellus?

Google Earth Engine (GEE) is a platform for analyzing the data and images acquired by earth observation satellites (tools are also provided). As such, GEE has functions similar to Tellus.

The two major differences between GEE and Tellus are as follows.

1. Tellus provides data not provided by GEE; for example, JAXA satellite data, commercial satellite data and terrestrial data.

2. Tellus provides a market where you can buy and sell data and algorithms, and we promote commercial use.
