Notice of Problems with the Two-factor Authentication (Resolved)

This is Sakura Internet Tellus Project Team.
Today, we are experiencing the following problem with our Tellus service.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.

- Occurrence Date:
 15th May from 19:25pm to 16th May, 10:42am JST

- Scope of impact:
 Two-factor authentication

- Content of the problem:
 - Can not display the authentication screen to log in to Tellus.
 - The phone number for two-factor authentication cannot be set.

We are currently working to restore the service.
