The CE-SAT-IIB is a nano-satellite launched in October 2020. The use of an ultra-sensitive camera equipped with Canon Inc.'s high-sensitivity CMOS sensors enables nighttime images with a ground resolution (nadir view) of 5.1m.

The sample data will be available free of charge at this time are nighttime images of 36 scenes taken mainly in the 23 wards of Tokyo between January 2021 and May 2022. You can see the lights of the city, roads and ships at night.
