Tellus membership cancellation

To cancel your Tellus membership, please contact our customer support. To cancel your membership, the following conditions must be met.

Cancellation of provider membership

Furthermore, when you cancel your membership, the following actions will also be implemented.
If necessary, customers should take steps to back up their data themselves.

・Cancellation of purchased products ・Initialization of development environment ・Settlement of products for which payment has not been completed

Please note that you will not be able to cancel your membership until the settlement is successfully completed.

Log in to Tellus and go to "Troubleshooting" > "Contact Us" at the top of the screen.

Enter the required information, select "Customer Membership Cancellation" from "Inquiry Reason" and click the "Send" button.

The Tellus Management Office will contact you as soon as the cancellation process is completed.
